I'm Helen Riot*Star (not by deed poll, as of yet anyway, although I do quite like the idea). My occupations include being a Classics student and jewellery maker mostly by day and a Tour Diary Faerie and Mailing List Whore to my beloved Corporation:Blend by night. (I warn you now - this means I write about them one hell of a lot, so it's probably best if you're at least willing to give them a listen.)
My life seems to flit between being all mad dashes around the British Isles in my evening guises and far too quiet times, usually spent at home with classically inspired mysteries or my ever-faithful Buffy boxsets and whatever item of clothing or accessory I'm currently completing. Expect moods to swing and subsequent entries to vary accordingly. I can't stand being anything other than busy.
So add me if you will. Usually that'll be because we've met at a gig, but other reasons are all acceptable. I'm not horribly fussy as to whom I add back, but text speak not on phones is liable to make me scream, and if I can't work out why you've put me on your friends list, you won't end up on mine. It would be nice if you left me a comment once in a while too, just so I know you're paying attention. x |
